    Use of website:

    Companies

    Job Postings: TechJobLinks permits Companies (Employers, Staffing Companies and Subtiers to Staffing Companies) to post jobs to the TechJobLinks website at no cost. Job orders must be current valid open positions. These positions can be contract, direct hire (formerly referred to as "Perm") or contract to hire. Postings must be as specific as possible and must include: job description, necessary skills, location and rate.

    Candidate Search: TechJobLinks permits Companies (Employers, Staffing Companies and Subtiers to Staffing Companies)  to search their candidate database Free of charge. If a candidate is found that is of interest for a current open position the Company can "Request Candidate Contact Info". 

    Fees:  NO CHARGE – FREE – Promotion is running through 10/1/2010

    Contract Position: If a Company wishes to hire a Candidate for a Contract position, the Company agrees to put the Candidate on their payroll and pay them the negotiated rate and pay TechJobLinks $5.00 per hour (USD) for each hour the Candidate works. Click here for detailed Contract Agreement.

    If the Company wants to hire the Candidate for a Contract position but does not wish to put the Candidate on their payroll, they should contact TechJobLinks for rate information joe@techjoblinks.com.

    Direct Hire Position: If a Company wishes to hire a Candidate for a Direct Hire position, the Company agrees to pay a flat fee of $2500 (USD) once the Candidate has reported for work. Click here for detailed Direct Hire Agreement.

    Contract to Hire Position: If a Company wishes to hire a Candidate for a Contract to Hire position, the Company agrees to put the Candidate on their payroll and pay TechJobLinks $5.00 per hour (USD) for each hour the Candidate works. Click here for detailed Contract Agreement. At the end of 6 months, the Company may hire the Candidate with no additional fee. If the Company wishes to hire the Candidate at the end of 4 to 6 months the fee is $1500 payable immediately. If the Company wishes to hire the Candidate with less than 4 months on the project, the full Direct Hire Fee of $2500 will be collected.

    Violation of Terms: The terms of use for Companies (Employers, Staffing Companies and Subtiers to Staffing Companies) are that job postings and candidate searches must be for current positions that they are actively trying to fill. Generic postings are not permitted. SPAM of Candidates or Companies is not permitted. No postings will be permitted that contain vulgarities, profanities or other content that can be viewed as offensive or objectionable. Violation of any of these terms may result in removal of Job Posting and Candidate searching privileges.

    TechJobLinks reserves the right to remove any postings that are deemed not to be in compliance with the policies of the website.
